Please note that the practices of AdelaVoice Corporation, its affiliates, and agents ("Adela"), with respect to data collected and used by Adela in connection with this website and all other websites operated by AdelaVoice Corporation and its affiliates with links to this policy (collectively, the "Site") and Adela services available or enabled via the Site ("Services"), are governed by this online privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") as amended from time to time, and not the privacy policy in effect at the time the data was collected. Please regularly review our Privacy Policy. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services enabled by the Site and follow the procedure described in the section entitled "Updating your personal information and privacy preferences".
The Site and the Services are intended for adult audiences, and Adela does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

described in the section entitled "Updating your personal
information and privacy preferences." You will be deemed to have
been made aware of, and will be subject to, the changes to the

exception: if at the time you provide personal information to Adela
you limit how such information will be used to communicate with you,
either by Adela or by third parties, Adela will not change your
preference in this regard without your express consent. However, if
Adela sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to
another entity, or Adela (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired
by or merged with another entity, you agree that Adela may provide
to such entity customer information that is related to that part of
our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity
without obtaining your further consent, but Adela will provide
notice of such asset sales, acquisitions, or mergers on this Site.

Updating your personal information and privacy preferences
Whenever a Service requires you to provide personal information,
that Service will also provide a method and detailed instructions
for editing and updating that information. Presently, AdelaVoice
Services do not require you to provide personal information and
therefore has no privacy settings.
Collection of personal information
As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in many activities without
providing any personal information. When you use a computer to
access the Site and the Services, Adela may also collect certain
information about your computer to facilitate and evaluate your use
of the Site and Services. For example, we may log environmental
variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed,
referring or exit web pages, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address
of your computer. Adela also uses such information to measure
traffic patterns on the Site and usage of the Services. Under normal
circumstances, we do not match such information with any other
information held by Adela unless we have your consent. However, we
may use this information in conjunction with other information held
by Adela in order to maintain the integrity of the Site.
Information Collected from your Cell Phone
One of the Services offered by the Site provides for speech
recognition (the "Speech Recognition Service"). In connection with
the Speech Recognition Service, an audio recording of your voice
when speaking a contact name is sent to our Site for transcription
into computer readable text representing the words spoken. We may
store this audio recording solely for the purpose of improving the
quality of the Speech Recognition Service. We do store information
that would associate the audio recording data with you personally.
In connection with the Speech Recognition Service, the names of your contacts are sent to our Site for conversion into phonetic data, which is then associated with your cell phone. We do not send telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses, notes, or any other information regarding your contacts or any other personal information. We do not send any information that would associate your cell phone with you (including your name). Phonetic information stored on our Site is used solely in the performance of the Speech Recognition Service and is not provided to or otherwise shared with third parties.
How
your personal information is used
Adela collects your information in order to record, support and
facilitate your participation in the activities you select. Your
personal information is also used to track customer preferences and
keep you informed about changes to the Site or Services, special
offers, and other products and services of Adela and selected third
parties unless you have opted not to receive such communications or
such communications are prohibited by law.
Adela does not share personal information with third parties. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose our customer's personal information.
Adela may collect information about the use of the Services and the Site, such as the number of downloads, types of Services used, how many users we receive daily, and the IP/Internet address of your computer. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually.
Adela may use this aggregate, nonidentifying statistical data for improving the Site and the Services, providing more relevant experiences to our customers and for statistical analysis. and correction and deletion of your personal information. Adela may

special offers available from Adela or selected third parties unless
you have opted not to receive such communications or such
communications are prohibited by law, although we may find it
necessary to continue to communicate with you regarding your use of
the Site and the Services. Except in the particular circumstances
described in this Privacy Policy, Adela will not provide your name
to other companies or organizations without your consent.
There are other instances in which Adela may divulge your personal information, such as where required by law, regulation, or litigation. Protection of your personal information
When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their
information is protected both online and off-line. When a form asks
users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number),
that information is encrypted and is protected using the browser's
SSL capabilities. While on a secure page, such as our registration
form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape
Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed
to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.
The Site takes every commercially reasonable precaution to protect our users' information. Unfortunately, no data transmissions over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, Adela cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. However, once we receive your transmission, Adela makes it best effort to ensure its security in our systems.
The personal information that you provide in connection with registering yourself as a user of the Site or of the Services is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Registration Information is available through a password and unique customer user name selected by you. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your Registration Information resides on secure servers that only selected Adela personnel and contractors have access to via password. Adela encrypts your personal information and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to Adela.
Personal information that you provide that does not constitute Registration Information also resides on secure servers and is accessible only to selected Adela personnel and contractors via password. Since this information is not accessible online by you, you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information.
Tracking, use of cookies, web beacons and similar devices
In order to improve our Services and the Site and provide more
convenient, relevant experiences to our customers, we and our
vendors may use "cookies", "web beacons", and similar devices to
track your activities. A cookie is small amount of data that is
transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by
the server that gave it to you. It cannot be executed as code or
deliver viruses. A web beacon is a small transparent gif image that
is embedded in an HTML page or email used to track when the page or
email has been viewed.

Adela uses cookies and similar devices to track your use of the Site and the Services, such as the number of downloads, types of Services used and downloaded, how many users we receive daily, and our web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer, Further, Adela may use this information to authenticate you so that you can interact with digital images and/or videos that you have uploaded, or enter a sweepstakes.
Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. These log files store internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Except for the purposes of validating a winning sweepstakes entry and/or researching fraudulent or inappropriate use of our Site, Adela does not link this information to personally identifiable data.
The Site and the Services may include the use of third party advertisement services for serving or targeting advertisements, promotions, or other marketing messages on the Site. The advertisement service provider may place or utilize their own unique cookie on your computer, and may use non-personally identifiable information about your visit to the Site, such as the number of times you may have viewed an advertisement. Adela is not responsible for the actions of the advertisement service providers and does not share personal information with these partners. Adela does not sponsor, endorse, or guarantee any products or services advertised by third parties on the Site.
